UP!

I bought an UP band.

It came in the mail tonight!

I am so excited to see how I like it!

In other news, today was Day #8 in a row that I worked out! It was an easy day because we thought it would be best to take it easy so we did the elliptical for 20 minutes and did some core work -- man that feels good!

Look forward to some thoughts on the Up band!

    I have never heard of an up band. I am going to have to google that one.

      you should absolutely google it! I have like 3 good friends who have raved on and on about them so I figured I would try it out and see what all the fuss is about. So far so good!!! :-)

    I got a fitbit, which I do love, before I saw the Up band. Kind of do like the idea of a cute accessory!
