Though that is +0.1 pounds from the weight I got last Monday, Monday isn't my official weigh on day so those are the official statistics. That's happened a couple times on Monday mornings (where I weigh less) so I wonder what the difference between Sunday and Monday is.
I think I should just stop weighing on Sunday mornings hahahah!

ReplyDeleteI could never weigh myself on Monday, because I usually go off the rails on the weekend. Not on purpose, but just not being in the same routine, and going out to eat more. I feel less pressure on Fridays. Whatever works for you!

ReplyDeleteI like the quote too because its very true. Without risk there is no reward... So don't be afraid to fail, just accept it as a possibility and work like hell to keep it from happening. At least that's what it means to me. :)
