j'adore! I am a hot and sweaty mess and I don't even care about it at all! I took a picture of my sweat because I am feeling proud of myself!
Seriously though, I would recommend it to everyone. I really feel great.
Oh and I went to see my stress/anxiety counselor lady and she gave me some more breathing exercises for me to do before an exam and things I can do when I have trouble sleeping before an exam. She also told me that I needed to try yoga, which was convenient because I was going tonight :-)
Anyway, I have a final on Friday so I must study
Hot yoga intrigues me, but I sweat so much I feel like I'd just be a puddle. :) Way to go, and good work on getting some stress relief techniques for yourself.
ReplyDeleteEVERYONE was a puddle of sweat! Even the people who do the advanced classes and came to the beginners because the time worked for them. So don't let that keep you from going. I don't think I've sweated that much in my life. Legit, my knees were sweating! HA!

ReplyDeleteI was so worried about that and I was worried about the gear--- is a mat enough, do I need to bring anything else with me, etc. so I looked it up on their website and called then with questions. I am SUPER type A so not knowing the logistics was really worrisome for me.

I am not sure about hot yoga. Living in a place that gets 120 degrees in the summer is enough heat for me. Not a fan of heat.
