It. was. awesome.
j'adore! I am a hot and sweaty mess and I don't even care about it at all! I took a picture of my sweat because I am feeling proud of myself!
Seriously though, I would recommend it to everyone. I really feel great.
Oh and I went to see my stress/anxiety counselor lady and she gave me some more breathing exercises for me to do before an exam and things I can do when I have trouble sleeping before an exam. She also told me that I needed to try yoga, which was convenient because I was going tonight :-)
Anyway, I have a final on Friday so I must study
