I never realized how much of my family's get togethers center around food!!
Today we went to my sisters house for Christmas. She and I made breakfast for everyone while I sipped on my protein shake and then I played with my neicey on the floor while everyone else ate. That was one of my big concerns... If it would be awkward for everyone else at meal time, but it was a non-event and I am so thankful for that!!
I've been reading a lot about non scale victories and I absolutely cannot wait until I can wear boots and not have them squish my calves!! That is going to be an absolutely awesome day!!
