Weigh In


Start Weight: 318 (BMI 47.1)
Goal Weight: 163 (BMI 24)

Last Week: 282.3
This week: 284.9 (+2.6)

Total Loss: 33.1


UGHHHH! I know its just a number but I am seriously frustrated. I am making good food choices. I am exercising and I am drinking plenty of water.

Blah Blah Blah.

I guess we will see where we get next week but the backward movement is seriously driving me crazy!!!

  1. Reflection: I got frustrated about the scale so I went and walk/jogged 4 miles. That's a HUGE change in stress habits for me. I feel proud :)

  3. OMG that is so awesome that you exercised to de-stress. That really is a sign that, even though the scale might not ALWAYS show it, you are becoming a healthier you!!!
