Reflection: I got frustrated about the scale so I went and walk/jogged 4 miles. That's a HUGE change in stress habits for me. I feel proud :)
Great job on getting out and moving to fight the frustration. I do that, too, instead of eating. If that's you, too, be Damned proud of yourself!!
OMG that is so awesome that you exercised to de-stress. That really is a sign that, even though the scale might not ALWAYS show it, you are becoming a healthier you!!!
