So the scale monster indicates a 1.5 lb weight gain this week which made me sad so I tried it 4 other times and it had the exact same weight every time. That puts me at 29 pounds lost! I sat there thinking about it for a few and decided I'm happy with that because I did at least 30 minutes of cardio if not an hour for 5 days in the last week so I'm going to attribute this to the gaining of muscle and keep on keeping on and see where we end up next week!!
